A 30-minute virtual visit to build a realistic, medically supervised weight management plan. Jennifer reviews your weight history, health conditions, medications, sleep, and habits, and discusses the full range of options — lifestyle strategy, and prescription medication where appropriate and safe.

Benefits

  • A medical review of factors affecting your weight (thyroid, hormones, medications, sleep)
  • Honest discussion of prescription options, benefits, and side effects
  • Lab investigations arranged when indicated
  • A structured plan with follow-up, not a fad diet
  • Coordination with in-clinic programs (e.g., the VIP Body Sculpt pathway) if you want both

Who it’s for

Adults who want medical support for weight management, including those considering prescription therapy. You must be located in Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, or Prince Edward Island at the time of the visit. Certain conditions and medications affect which options are safe — screened during the visit.

What to expect

Complete intake forms in advance (weight history, conditions, medications, previous attempts). In the 30-minute video visit, you’ll agree on goals and a plan: this may include labs, prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, and scheduled follow-ups to monitor progress and side effects.

Follow-ups typically every 4–12 weeks depending on the plan; confirmed at your visit.

Before & after your visit

  • Before: Have your medication list, recent weight history, and any recent lab results available if you have them.
  • After: Follow the monitoring plan — prescription weight medications require follow-up and are not “set and forget.”
  • Downtime: None — virtual visit.
  • Results: Sustainable change is gradual; progress is reviewed over months, not days.
  • Risks: Every medication option has its own side-effect profile and contraindications, which Jennifer will review with you in detail before anything is prescribed. Rapid or unsupervised weight loss can be harmful; eating-disorder history must be disclosed so care can be planned safely.
