What to expect
We start with a consultation and assessment to measure the area, discuss goals, and agree a plan. The injectable is placed into the target fat using a series of small injections; the session takes about 30–60 minutes depending on the area. Expect tenderness, swelling, and bruising afterward; fat loss is gradual over 4–8 weeks. Typically 2–4 sessions per area, 3–4 weeks apart, are needed.

Before & after your visit
- Before: Tell us about previous fat-reduction treatments, allergies, and medications. Wear loose clothing; avoid caffeine and nicotine (if possible) before the session.
- After: Expect swelling and tenderness; avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours. A compression garment may be suggested.
- Downtime: Minimal, but expect swelling for 1–2 weeks.
- Results: Gradual improvement over 4–8 weeks; results improve across the series.
- Duration: Destroyed fat cells are gone permanently, but remaining cells can grow if weight is gained.
